At home, in our office, or virtually, we work with you to accomplish your photo goals, providing guidance and assistance with your family photo collection downsizing, organizing, preserving, and sharing — or preparing to create a book with our custom book services. Any or all for a simple $120 per hour fee.

Unearth and Sort

We’ll guide you through our multi-step process to review your photos and sort them — decide what to keep, what to give away, and what to toss — without feeling guilty in the process. Get rid of unnecessary photos (duplicates and bad shots, for example) that overwhelm you and hide those special photos — the keepers.

Preserve and Organize

Leaks, floods, natural light, mice, dust, humidity, mold — so many things can attack and damage your tangible photos. Outdated media, maxed-out storage, and system crashes all can mean lost digital photos. Duplicated photos in the Cloud, on your computer, and on external hard drives make you crazy. Searching for that one photo is confusing and time consuming.

We will create a personalized photo storage, organization, and sharing system to make saving and sharing all your photos easy and manageable for the years and generations to come.

Share Your Story

We’ll help you prepare your custom book — guiding or assisting in clarifying the story, finding, and deciding on images to illustrate and support the story, organizing and copyediting your manuscript.
